From the 'soup of existence' to conceptual ideas that will breathe life into a digital entity designed for the way we think and do things. The aim is to conceptualise for the usable, useful, accessible, and desirable entity. Here we define the puzzle and then we solve it.
Matching Persona to Information
The concept model establishes a vocabulary for talking about the structure of content and information and how they might be formated in different ways to achieve a high level of usability and functionality. The work produced at this stage should be able to be tested against two of our framework models; User needs framework and business needs framework. Have we achieved the goal that is our customer's? From this point onwards, at every appropriate stage, 'rapid iterative user testing' should be employed. My role would be to initiate a workable procedure to facilitate this important process of design.
The big question: Have we achieved the goal of our customer's? The answer of course is YES. If not, we pursue our purpose and reshape our thinking!
